How to Get Shipping Costs Before Ordering

  1. Add the items you want to your cart.

  2. Click the shopping cart link at the top of our website.

  3. Proceed through the checkout process.

    • Shipping costs and options will be displayed before you finalize your checkout.

Order Processing

  • Shipping Days: Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays).

  • Program Uniforms: Usually ship the same day or the next day if the program starts the following week.

  • Cutoff Time: 2 PM Pacific Time for UPS shipments.

    • UPS packages do not move on weekends or major holidays. For example, a Next Day Air package shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Once your order ships (usually within 1 business day), a shipment confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you.

    • Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate.

    • Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email.

In-Store Pickup

  • Skip shipping fees with free local pickup at our San Clemente warehouse:

    • Hours: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–4:45 PM (excluding major holidays).

  • Select "Pick Up" at checkout and wait for an email or call confirming your order is ready.

    • Some items may ship directly from suppliers—confirm availability before visiting.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide!

  • Customs Fees: Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, or VAT upon arrival in your country. These fees are the customer's responsibility, and we are not liable for them.

Where's My Shipment?

If tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Verify that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate.

  2. Check around your home, with neighbors, or at your local post office (for USPS shipments).

  3. If still unresolved, we can file an inquiry with the carrier using GPS data from their scanners:

    • If GPS confirms delivery, we cannot issue refunds or reshipments as this indicates potential theft.
