The dilemma- You want a heel pad, but need tethers, but aren't a fan of the instep strap on our Heel Pad/Fin Cinch. Introducing the Shackle Heel Pad/Fin Tether. Super-tough nylon strings on the back of the heel pad that you simply wrap around your ankle and tie in an overhand knot (see pic), and you're off to waveriding bliss!
